are used to obtain a fresh, intense

After fermentation at low temperatures
in order to preserve all of the grapes’
aromas and flavours, a bright rosé of a
markedly strawberry-pink colour is
obtained. Aromas of raspberries and
round, fresh and fruity in the mouth.
